| - I placed a $300 deposit down for advertisement for a Golf Course, the first red flag should of been when I asked "when will the yardage cards be out?" and response of the rep was "Don't worry about it, they usually take 4-6 weeks." I called Golf Course, they know nothing about these yardage cards and they still have yardage cards. So, naturally, I cancel about 5 hours later, then 6 hours later, then 7 hours later, then the next day in the morning, ACCORDING TO THEIR 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, which I was told about -TWICE, IN WRITING - by Golden Crandell. On first day, Golden didn't give me hassle about it. I called and WALA! return is processing. SUPER! From there on out they've become evasive, stopped answering my emails asking about return update, for the last 4 days. Yesterday, Ryan from Fairways called asking me questions about the add placement. I said I already cancelled! Can you not see that on your end? "No mam, who did you speak to? Let me talk to them and get back to you". Well, surprise, he hasn't gotten back to me either. Finally today, Golden replies to my increasingly frustrated e-mails, with the SAME EMAIL THEY REPLIED WITH THE FIRST TIME - "We have a 24 hour cancellation policy". He just literally copied and pasted the same e-mail to me. No more of this, I filed a dispute with my bank, they can process my refund instead. I will provide all the e-mails from Golden and they can deal with them. RUN FAR AWAY. I am not even a bit surprised about other reviews on here. I am a business owner and do not have time for this foolishness, now I have spend approximately 5-6 valuable hours trying to fix this AND they get a chargeback. What is the value in that as a business? Not sure. If only they provided returns as easily as it sounded the first time I called. My biggest fail as a business owner has been not coming here to read these reviews prior to making that deal. Valuable lesson learned.
