Ashley was great and you can thank her for the extra star but it was the fact that I had called and asked for her alone that bothered me. I am transmale pre-op for upper chest surgery so my comfort was a huge deal here. There was a guy taking down the information, which was fine and all but after telling him how to spell my groomsmen's names a couple of times- upon checking the receipt- he still managed to mess a few names up. 0 comprehension/listening skills. When I was getting dressed and checking everything out in the mirror, there was a guy in the back of the shop just staring me down where he was sitting. I mean I'd look up from the mirror and he's just there creeping, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Don't you have better things to do, like your job?? How uncomfortable could I possibly be?! Then to top it all off, as we're discussing the ends of paperwork and whatnot, there's this child they hired with his knee on the rolling chair- kind of just thrusting around on it. I mean, honestly?! How old are we!? There was no professionalism besides from Ashley. After this encounter, I'm really not interested in working with your company any longer and will be requesting a refund as I found a more professional, less expensive and less-awkward company to work with. Just sad.
