  • I have been going to cactus valley pool supply for almost 5 years and have had great service until now. Now they have changed their name to Poolwerx and their service is beyond horrible. Previously I have had them do work on my pool and they, Alan, was always prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Now I need work done on my pool and Mike has postponed me numerous times, was never on time, is rude and has now up and quit on us because we ordered some of our parts online for half the price he quoted, (which we can easily install ourselves), but we can't complete the other work that is needed. This is not how you treat customers and no way to keep a business running! I will not be back!!!
