| - The coaches I signed up my kid with were good, but they are not responsible for the way this gym is run. The owners and managers of Aspire don't care about you or your kids. They don't care that you as a parent have a life outside of their facility, and they will charge you for every possible holiday and vacation day they want to! They will take your money and run with it, and will make terms of their contract so vague that they don't even tell you when they will be closed until a day or week before closure. Two weeks of december they were "closed for holiday" but don't worry, we got charged for the full monthly payment regardless of not getting sessions. They try to treat this like a preschool/daycare facility but this is not even close. Anything that could possibly qualify as a holiday they will take off, and not refund or reschedule you. When I called to question their paid holidays the lady actually said to me "How will we stay in business if we don't charge you for the holidays?" The real question si how is it the customer's problem that the owners/managers want to take 2 weeks off?
If you have any type of life outside of "stay-at-home-mom" then this place is not for you. Have a job? Don't go here. Have a family vacation planned 4 weeks from now? Better not sign a contract.They won't allow you to reschedule you to any other weekday even given 4 weeks notice! Have a work conflict come up in a few days and need to reschedule? TOO BAD. They won't reschedule you with advanced notice. They will refuse to work with you on rescheduling sessions and claim that it is "disruptive" to their other classes to reschedule kids. Yeah, like 3-year olds really are disrupted by having a new friend join their class for the day!! Yeah right!! Kids love meeting new kids. This place has been nothing but a headache, waste of time, and waste of money. Dozens of times coaches are "substituted" by teenagers who have no idea what they are doing and will put your child's safety at risk because they have no idea how to manage 5 kids at once. And no, you are not allowed to request a rescheduled session if a substitute comes in, even though when you sign the contract you are signing for a specific coach. If the ownership here was different and was willing to listen to their customers, I would have continued bringing my son here. Too bad they care more about making money than making customers happy. I have already enrolled my son in a new sport after deciding to permanently discontinue membership here.
