  • The water level was falling on my pool. And since my backyard is entirely built up behing a 12' retaining wall my first fear was that my pool was leaking and the pictures of my retaining wall giving way was scaring the heck out of me. So on January 17th, I had a technician from We Fix Ulgy Pools come and to assess the situation, with fingers crossed. He was right on time, professional, and knew his stuff! Thank God it was only the automatic filler that was not working and I didn't have a leak! He had the parts on his truck, fixed it for like less than $100 and he was on his way. I then made an appointment for them to come out and service the filter pump and all that stuff that makes a pool work. They were out the following week. I needed the sand changed in the filter and they changed out the old sand, which was 4 years old, and cleaned the system and gave me some great advice. I will be doing a full pool remodel in about a year. Changing the look of the hot-tub, changing the decking and the pebble-tech and maybe adding a grotto with fall. Who will I call... you know it, I'll be calling We Fix Ugly Pools.
