  • I got the "Ultimate Plus Package" and would have to say the $40 (including tip) was absolutely not worth it. They care more about the speed/quantity rather than the quality. I was surprised my car was done in what seemed less than 10 minutes. They drove my car through an automated car wash, vacuumed, wiped the windows, and wiped the dashboard. Then, it ended up more dirty than when I came in! First off, the outside of my car didn't even need a wash. I had just gotten my oil changed at the dealership and they ran it through their wash. I mostly just needed a vacuum, wipe down and something for the tires. The vacuum - horrible job. Dog hair still left everywhere. Crumbs between floor mats and actual carpet. Just a bad job in general. The windows - awful. They wiped the windows, but didn't roll them down in order to get the whole window. Didn't wipe the side mirrors at all. The windshield still had crud bits on it too. The dash - the worst of all! It is a greasy mess! Excessive use of a greasy cleaner. Missed a few spots and it was so obvious since the rest was so shiny and greased. I had to go back to this place because one of the guys set the bottle of dash cleaner on my passenger seat and left greasy dribbles and a grease ring. They shampood my passenger seat in a hurry, so hopefully the stain came out. I'll know after it dries. After I got home, I noticed they left greasy finger prints on the outside of the passenger door as well. Will not ever go back, not with the free wash coupon they gave me or even if someone paid me!
