  • I used to think this place was awesome until today. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a fill which I needed today and when I called today to check my appoint time the girl that answered the phone was rude and extremely unprofessional, she responded saying I was not on schedule after I explained I had scheduled the appointment just yesterday and that I should be on calendar. She began giving me nasty attitude on the phone making the excuse that their receptionist was new. I asked to speak to the manager and another girl answered the phone, did not provide her name, saying that she was the manager and that the girl I had scheduled to have my lashes done with was completely booked, she was also really rude. Never going back
