  • I can't even begin with how terrible these people are. I don't know how they have jobs to begin with. From the surface, they appear to have it all together. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. They had my belongings for 3+ weeks in one location, which sounded like a good idea at the time to save money. If you want your move done right, these are not the guys. I didn't even know the status of everything until the very last day of promised delivery. Don't even bother calling, because they use every excuse in the book to delay. Not even the "customer service" had a clue what to say. I have NEVER been more disappointed in any business in my life. To make matters even worse, they broke my book shelf, lost a 39" tv, (HOW?) and an ottoman. Every single box I had was destroyed from the outside. These are not professionals. These are not the people you want to help you move. Spend a bit more money and get the service you deserve. I should've read more reviews when I had the time, because every single one sounds valid.
