  • I find that the manager of the shop is the only one that does a true good job. Every time I go if I don't get it done by her my nails are super uneven & my cuticles aren't cut!! Also one of the other girls that worked there literally ripped off the GEL nail for a fill service. I guess she was not trained properly since I've never been to a nail salon where they rip off the old nail & put a brand new one on. I mean, the concept is nice because it's a complete brand new nail but it was extremely painful & my nails were ripped & red. The buffer was the worst part because she actually buffed my nail all the way down to my skin, it was a really painful experience!
