  • This is a review from way before yelp was around. I had purchased shutters about 13 years ago from this company. Back then there was a few companies that offered this product. I didn't have any real problems with any of them during the sales call. It was when I checked with the local contractors board and did my homework about complaints and issues with the companies that made up my mind. Nevada Rolling Shutter was perfect. It's truly stood the test of time and still maintains that perfect record. They just did my new house and are literally a true family owned and operated local company to the day. I can't stress enough how hard it is to do business in the Vegas community because of all the fly by night contractors. Nevada Rolling Shutters customer service, support, and product is literally unlike anything else around. The sons have been trained well by the father who started the company. The salesman Scott who was one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales people I've encountered took very good care of me. I want to add I didn't even contact their competitor in town as yet once again they seem to have had multiple complaints with contractors board in Clark County, bad reviews, and 2 of my neighbors were very dis satisfied with not only their product but poor customer service. Thanks Nevada Rolling Shutter for the continued dedication and support to protecting me and my family! Customer for life!
