  • Mike is a great agent, and has been in the office every time I have called or stopped by (at least 7 or 8 times). He cares about his clients and makes it clear by the way he and his staff interact with us. I don't know why anyone would say he isn't in the office or isn't available except that he has 3 other people working in the office and most likely if you call one of them will answer. If you expect the business owner to answer the phones when you call then you should probably leave negative feedback for every business you have ever called. Mike has staff there so that you can be taken care of all the time. I have never had a bad experience at Mike Bucca's office.
