I am editing my comments because after leaving the comment below Marcus...the store manager contacted me to make things right. There was an error when entering my information in their system and that is why I didn't get the promotion. Marcus has corrected this and applied $100 credit to my account. He was sincerely concerned about the obstacles I have been experiencing with contacting his store. Thank you Marcus for fixing this issue. I do hope you continue to work on the customers ability to consistently contact your staff directly.
I would give zero stars if I could!! This store has horrible customer service!! They don't even try. The most recent issue I've had is their failure to honor a promotion they had in January when I was buying a new phone. Buy $100 in accessories and get $100 off bill. I bought the accessories. They said it might take a month or so to kick in. It's now been three months!! I would call and talk to them but they don't answer their phone. Instead their phone is transferred to corporate and they can't help me because it was a promotion this store had not all Verizon's. I actually appreciate corporates attempts to help me. I will never go to this store again. Next review is going on Facebook.
