We had bought all our tires at NTB and at every oil change NTB are suppose to rotate your tires. There were coupling on the inner back tires. If they had rotated the tires like they were suppose to they would have recognized it. Instead the manager tells us that we needed new struts and he would not replace the tires until we did that. That estimate was over $1,100. We took our Honda Element to our mechanic and he said we did not need new struts that they were not leaking but it only needed an alignment. We told NTB but they wouldn't go for it & said unless we replaced the struts would they warranty the tires. Well they should have saw earlier in the previous oil change there was a problem if they rotated the tires. So we had our mechanic do the alignment and we got the tires elsewhere and now the vehicle drives beautifully. I hate it when they are trying to either make money off you or don't know the real problem and don't do the entire oil change service to recognize early that there is a problem
