| - Time Warner Cable - you are the worst! The WORST! I'm locked in, and have to work with you because of my apt building, but if you notice on my records - I've had to call you at least twice a month for the past 7 months because your services don't work correctly!
In addition, could you please put your employees through a more demanding screening process before sending them to my house - PLEASE!?! I am still amazed by the inappropriate behavior, and appalled by the lack of professionalism and proper customer service.
When I call you, I'm prompted to type in my phone number - why is the first question you ask, "What is the phone number on the account?" Are you trying to make my brain explode?
Also, when I select, "Do not call me for a survey," why do you insist to still call me? I continue to say it's the worst possible experience, they were the worst, it's the worst, worst, worst, worst. I'm sure you see the trend by now, which is why I opt out of participating. Why do you still insist to call over and over until I pick up, and then force me to deal with the automated recording of frustration!
I will see you again tomorrow morning because, yet again - a service that I pay you for has failed me. Guess What? I'm not looking forward to it.
