Went to dinner before a 7:30 show at the Ohio theater. There were three of us having dinner. We all started with a romaine salad - a take on a caeser - which was delicious. Two of us ordered the Cod and one had the Giant Pork Shank. The cod was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. It was served with Spinach, Pureed Parsnips and a beurre blanc sauce. The parsnips were good, as was the spinach. The sauce was sweet, which was unexpected and combined with the natural sweetness of parsnips was a little too sweet. The pork shank was delicious and my companion loved it. For dessert we split the meringue with salted caramel ice cream. We choose it after reading the reviews on Yelp. This is sooo good it would be worth a trip for this dessert alone. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.
