If you have a big dog don't bring him here. They'll 100% muzzle him and make for an extremely uncomfortable and anxiety inducing experience for you and your dog. Their vets are scared of big dogs and think it's ok to muzzle them without any sign of aggression or biting. One time my dog was sitting next to me and the vet went to shake my hand, reaching over my dogs head. Naturally my dog looked up to see what was going on. The doctor then claimed he tried to bite him and wants to muzzle my dog every time I come in. I've just moved here from Chicago and I had a great vet there who NEVER muzzled my dog. My dog has never been aggressive to anyone and there's absolutely no reason to muzzle him and make going to the vet an extremely anxiety inducing affair. When my dog had a wart on his snout the doctor wouldn't see him without a muzzle, which would cover the snout, so he refused to see him. They told me this after having me wait for 30 minutes. Long story short, don't go here. Their vets are scared of dogs. Not sure why they became vets to begin with.
