rev:text	Where do I start? I too had a Groupon for Womens Haircut, wash and style and full highlights but I had to use a stylist by the name of Shawna. REMEMBER THAT NAME PEOPLE! I called to schedule the appointment but I got an answering machine. It was obviously a personal cell phone because it didn't list as a business - just the phone number and to leave a msg. So I did and surprisingly she called back the same day and we scheduled the appointment for TODAY at 10am. I thanked her and said I would see her soon. I went to the address of 5114 E. Southern Avenue, Ste. 121 and another stylist looked puzzled but said she had been getting quite a few people asking for Shawna. She told me she thought Shawna went to a place called LMage Salon. I went there and apparently they have never heard of her. In between me having to drive about 1 1/2 hours trying to track down this stylist - she never called me when it got to be 10:15 or 10:30 and I left her 4...yes, 4 messages to call me and let me know where she was at. I never did get a return call. I called Groupon and they are going to try and get in contact with her but they too arte very upset that this person has such horrible customer service. I told Groupon that not only do I want my full money back but I want her to pay my gas for driving all over Mesa and Phoenix (There are LMage Salon's-nobody's heard of her). I just got home and my appointment was supposed to be at 10am. That means I lost 3 1/2 hours of work time which she is going to pay for as well as the $30 in gas I spent trying to find her. What a joke! La Mage...if you do know of a stylist by the name of Shawna - be very wary of her and watch her. If she did this to me, she is and will continue to do it to others. It's your name customers will remember though! So, DO NOT GET A GROUPON FOR SHAWNA at Cre8ive Hair Design. Ph: 480-516-4390. Next up is BBB report and I will be contacting the Cosmetology Board to inform them they have a bad stylist that should have her license suspended until she starts to behave like a professional stylist.
