  • I went to get a passport and the people there were soooo friendly and helpful! I spoke to Rick on the phone last week and he helped me set up my appointment and answered my questions. He then sent me over to Lori who made sure that I was aware of everything I needed for my appointment today. I arrived early and was helped by Lori Marte, the same lady I spoke to on the phone. She was great. She knows what she is doing and is very professional, competent and nice. It was such a pleasant experience! I was in and out of there in no time! I just want these two employees to be recognized for doing a great job. It really means a lot when someone goes out of their way to be nice. It leaves a lasting impression and I definitely have a positive impression of this postal facility. Way to go!!!
