  • They delivered a brand new refrigerator to us on Sunday 3/11/2018. After they left we were giving it time to make ice. The screen kept telling on "E" for error. We called them and told them the ice maker and water dispenser were not working. We just got a big run around from the local office and the corporate office. They told us that someone would be here the next day to look at it. No one showed up. We called again today. Once again nothing but a big run around. They said we weren't put on the list for today. Said they can't come until Thursday now. We told them to just bring our old refrigerator back they are now ignoring us and they just have every excuse in the book why they can't send someone out to fix or hook up our new refrigerator right. We will never do business with them again. If they don't come get this refrigerator and give us our old one back we will have to get an attorney involved. They sold us a broken item now they are refusing to come find out what is wrong with it. Terrible customer service. Will never do business with them ever again.
