  • First let me start by saying that I love Jimmy John's sandwiches but this location is awful. Worst customer service ever they are complete idiots. I ordered a sandwich and after 30 minutes of not getting it I called and they said it was on the way. Nope, another 30 minutes later and no sandwich. I call again and the manager said the driver called me twice and I didn't answer. LIAR! I got zero calls. I never got my sandwich?! Even after waiting that long I still wanted it but he just refunded me. Umm I ordered food for a freaking reason. And then my friend ordered a sandwich a week later and it took over an hour. This location needs new employees. We live an actual 2 minutes away. Bye
