  • I would not recommend this repair/tire business to anyone. After 10 years of being a loyal customer with numerous vehicles, they now have a very poor customer service attitude. There are two instances recently where they have not stood behind their warranty, and have quoted excessive pricing. A few months ago I was quoted a price (approx. $900) for a repair, and decided to get another quote from another repair shop which was (approx. $350). When I mentioned the price difference to the 2nd line manager, he replied "you can go anywhere you want"! I realized they are able to over charge customer's since they have a monopoly where they are located. Two/three miles away in the Scottsdale Airpark area there are numerous competitors and the prices are fair and reasonable. C&R Tires is not to be trusted!
