After reading some of the negative comments on this forum, I was hesitant to bring in my CRV to this dealership for a GPS/radio issue. However, my experience was phenomenal.
First off, the service area is laid out well...you walk in and there are 4 different counters with helpful staff ready to assist you! (My issue was surrounding the changing of a battery and requiring a code to get the GPS/stereo/back-up camera working again. I was completely blown off at Maple Honda (horrendous customer service there)).
The person I dealt with at Midtown Honda was a Service Consultant by the name of Nathalie Vega, who was pleasant and welcoming and knew what I needed as soon as I told her I changed my battery. She had me drive my vehicle up into a bay and it was fixed within 5 minutes.
While they worked on the GPS, I scheduled a diagnostic for my air conditioning (on sale to boot!) and got Nathalie to provide me with quotes for tires. She was simply fantastic and was a total pleasure to deal with. The technician (who fixed the issue) came over when he was done and handed me a piece of paper with the code written on it..and explained that the next time I changed my battery to use this code to get everything working again. He was very friendly and even wished me a great day. Excellent.
Simply from a customer service standpoint, they have Maple Honda beat by a mile. And while I live just a stones throw to Maple Honda, I will drive the extra distance to deal with this particular dealership.
