  • I give this two stars b/c I have used this company in the past and he was responsive and helpful. Two months ago, I had him in to repair a leaky washing machine. He gave a solution and then I had him check my dishwasher for some broken parts. He removed a couple of parts (nothing critical but just to position the dishwasher to fit different sized dishes). He said he would take the model number and respond back with getting some new repairs parts. I never heard back. I called back over a week ago b/c the leak was still occurring in the washing machine. It actually turned into a big leak and required sheet rock removal and an emergency service to put in humidifiers and fans. He never responded to my call for repairs. I was told he was going to call Monday a week ago to schedule something. I had a Bosch and there aren't many people that can fix this machine so really disappointed, I never got a call. Even if the call was to say, my schedule is packed and can't see you for two weeks. After the thousand dollars worth of damage from this machine and no response from one of the only repair men in Charlotte for Bosch, decided to replace it with something else.
