  • Staff was inconsiderate and impatient...I understand that certain days are more prone to irritability due to the excess amount of people trying to get into Encore beach club but don't take it out on the rest of the guests! We were standing in the casino part of the hotel and apparently "no where in Vegas are you allowed to stand still in a group in a casino" are you joking?! Overall Encore could use some organization and professionalism...
