  • Would give zero stars if I could. My grandma with Alzheimer's has been staying here for well over 5 years, aside from her clothes getting lost all the time; she also broke her ankle here. My grandma is immobile and unresponsive, so someone broke her ankle, while moving her. This would never happen if proper precautions would have been taken. Even more so, my grandpa who visits her everyday tripped and fell on a box someone left in the hallway. He dislocated his shoulder and had to have surgery on it, a surgery that could have killed him being 90 years old.The negligence by the staff here is unreal. Stay away if you care about your loved ones.
