This is a 3.5. The staff here is delightful. Helpful, prompt, and friendly. Anything I needed, they either got it or directed me. However, that being said for the price the hotel is a little run down. Not dilapidated, but worn and ready for a revamp. The rooms aren't as spacious as they should be, but the tvs were nice asks I live the coffee bean and tea leaf coffee/tea they have in room as well as the shampoos and soaps. Beds are comfy.
The polls are plenty, however we were there whole it was really cold out and the hot tubs were just a sad situation. A hot tub should be warm enough where I don't have goosebumps while I sit in it. I should also have enough residual heat to get me back to my room without totally getting hypothermia. I kept waiting for it to get warmer, but as soon as it seemed to start that direction the keys would shoot in ice cold water. Nice when it's 43 degrees outside.
Would I stay here again? Meh. If the rates were less. For the same price there are nicer places around. Did we have a bad experience? No. It was pleasant and worked. It also sucks that the on property restaurants are horrible, so that added to the negative part of things.
