  • If you appreciate good old-fashioned customer service then stay FAR AWAY from this dealership. I have owned my Nissan for 5 years now and this is by far the worst service experience I have ever had. The advisors at the desk (Ramesh, in particular) are lifeless, rude, and condescending. They speak to you as if you are interrupting their day and they'd rather you not be there. The shady thing is that every time I go for an oil change (every 3-5 months or so) I end up paying a different price. Today, I confronted them with the bills (after Ramesh insisted that I was wrong and the price has been the same for 5 years) and he proceeded to tell me that EVERY bill before was a different promotion. Save yourself the time and the energy and find another service dealership. When my car is up to be changed, I certainly won't be going with Nissan based on my experience with Woodchester.
