Lyft has terrible customer service. Our account gets highjacked. We submit clear and damning evidence, yet this is what I get:
Unfortunately, as the ride did occur on your account, we are unable to issue any refund at this time.
So even if we didn't take the ride and there was identity theft, you're making me pay?!
Lyft doesn't even give me the option of disassociating my credit card from the account. I'm simply forced to call my credit card company, report identity theft, and get a new card reissued.
Logic would dictate that a runner-up company, like Lyft, would do more to catch up to the winner (a.k.a. Uber). I'm left with a sour taste and I really am infuriated by this entire experience.
