  • Shant was such a big help during my search to find a new home. I was needing to find a home and had a short amount of time to do so. Shant made himself available for any showings or any questions that I had. If he didn't know an answer, he would find out and get back to me right away. He's professional, courteous and was extremely patient during the entire process. He genuinely cares about finding the right house for the right family. If he thinks something is not right about a property, he will give warning for any issues that could come up, or potential problems to think about in the future. This was a big help to me because it is hard to think of everything on your own while home shopping. I would definitely recommend Shant as your realtor; you won't be disappointed!
