  • Poorly trained staff, rules and policies that don't make any sense. For example if you buy a $12 pastry/piece of cake from their pastry store inside the hotel and you walk over to the "to go" cafe because your wife wants a juice, you can't sit there to eat the pastry. You can only sit at the pastry place to eat what you bought from there. If you go to the hotels pool party and spend $500 there, When it closes and you try to go back into the hotel but don't have your key with you they won't let you back in even though you are staying at the hotel. They make you walk all the way around the hotel on the strip to get to the front desk. Hotel managers seem to be morons as well as security staff for the hotel. Most times I've stayed here I've had some kind of issue whether it's been with check in, the room, service, etc. The last thing I want when I'm in Vegas on vacation is to be hassled over nonsense. Won't ever spend another penny at this place.
