  • Pros: Refund application fee, phone representative to take messages Cons: they made a comment about Asians (I'm Asian), they gave us the run around for a week instead of just saying no (She blames the landlord, but after a certain amount of time, where do you step in, take ownership of the service you're supposed to be providing and apologize for how a situation has been handled), getting a hold of the property manager is super hard *deleted my old review because of the reply back stating my boyfriend's name.
