I used to go to this location all the time and never had an issue until recently. The staff doesn't seem to care about their jobs and its apparent in their customer service. I placed an online order and walked in 5 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready and it was not. I paid and had a seat while the cashier, whom was the only one that was remotely nice, told me it would be a few minutes. There was an entire family making everything difficult for everyone working with 2 other customers in line. I understand the customers making things difficult but as the cashier continually asked her co workers to start making the online order, her coworkers kept ignoring her and continued to make food for the line. This would not have bothered me so much had the line not grown exponentially while waiting for my food. Had I just gotten in line I would have been out faster even though I had already paid for my order. I let about 8 more customers get served before I realized they were not going to start making my order and asked for my money back. The manager did not apologize, barely even looking at me. The cashier apologized and was very sweet. Will not be going back. The quality of the entire store has changed for the worse in the past few months and unfortunately it doesn't look like it's getting any better.
