  • Reading the other reviews, I wonder why this company does NOTHING!!!! I stayed there recently and upgraded to corner unit. This room was thrashed and there was nothing they could do but promise an upgrade next time I stay there. We will see how that works! Carpet was tore up, furniture was all scratched up, dining chair had broken leg, sofa and chair in living room was disgusting! The chaise in bedroom had a chunk of metal sticking out, which scratched my daughter, there were holes in the wall, the shower was broken and burned my aunt! Disaster and I cannot Believe how much they charge for a room like this! Total rip off!!!!! obviously, you cannot know what kind of people are going to say there, but the company SHOULD know that this is a party town, so they should be prepared to fix and uphold their "LUXURY" suites!!!! So sad because they use to be nice.
