  • We had a recent medical situation that left a horrific stench on our carpets. This, on top of our two dogs, cat, and the youth ministry I host at my house every week, made our house a major challenge for Scott's team. Our family set everything up to get our carpets cleaned while we were at the hospital, but I wasn't expecting much. I returned home from the hospital to get some shut-eye and a few more days worth of clothes, and I was amazed at the difference! Our carpets actually smelled fresh and clean, with nary a hint of the many soda stains that we'd grown accustomed to. There was no stink, and no stain, from the medical issue (huge relief). I actually feel comfortable with my newborn playing on the carpet now! Our family also raved about how well they did and how responsive they were, though I didn't have to deal with any of that. I recommend this company, and I know my family does too.
