  • I've been to many different Ultas in three different states and this store is no different. Unmotivated, overly made up staff. Helpful Employees are nonexistent, and we sat at a make- up counter for 10 minutes before someone asked if we needed help. And no, it wasn't busy. Once we finally caught someone's attention she was helpful once she understood we needed help. Since the employees don't receive a bonus or commission, there is no reason to be helpful. Hey corporate are you listening?!? The store, compared to others seems cramped and a little disorganized. Shelves certainly needed to be stocked. The check out counter had two people working, until one left with a customer to show a product... Really?!? There was a line of people. At Sephora, employees are just a little more helpful. I'm not sure why I continue shopping here. It's not as if Ulta is the only make-up choice around.
