  • They may be inexpensive, but you get what you pay for! There were several issues. First they showed up to install after we waited about 8 weeks for them to be built, and the installer brought the wrong shutters. Instead of admitting their error, they said the measurements must be wrong and that they would look into it. About a week later they called to say they were ready to install. So instead of bending over backwards to fix their own error, they made us wait another week for their own convenience. The second installer didn't have the right touch up paint so he had to leave without the job being done. Then he couldn't come out again for another week so I said I would just do the touch-up myself. The first time we opened the shutters about 7 staples came out! We called and they sent someone out a week later and fixed it. Next time we opened the shutters a few more staples came out. I just fixed them myself and didn't open the shutters again for several months. When I finally opened them again, you guessed it, more staples came out! I called to have someone come repair them again and I was told I would have to pay a $75 service fee this time! Really! They say they warrant their work and my shutters are less than 1 year old but they still insisted I would have to pay a service fee if someone comes out to fix them. I asked why the staples aren't glued in because obviously this is an ongoing problem. I was told they aren't glued at the time of manufacturing but if I just "put a little super glue on them", they should stay together. And, if I wanted to show up at their showroom, they could show me how to do it! REALLY!!! WHY should I have to do this!!! I paid almost $1,000 and now they want me to buy glue and do it myself.
