  • I called today to cancel my services because the increased my price by almost 50% and I've been having problems with my internet. I've had to unplug and reset my router about twice a week. When I called the guy tried to sell me on coming back, which I expected and is his job as a sales person, but he kept pushing after I said no. Then he told me how terrible the service I was getting is and how I'll regret it. Don't deal with these assholes. There's obviously a reason they aren't able to keep their current customers.
