  • I took my sister here to get a full set for her birthday. The salon itself is very nice, minus the fact that they have no chairs in the waiting area so you are left standing until someone can start on whatever service you are there for. After we told them what we wanted the lady disappeared then showed up at the front again five minutes later and completely ignored us instead of saying someone will be with you shortly or anything along those lines. Finally about ten minutes later a gentleman comes up and tells my sister to take a seat at someone's station so she did and again we wait a good five minutes when a completely different lady comes up and tells my sister to sit in another chair...at a different technicians station. Another few minutes goes by and we are told to move again. This time we were at our final destination and a technician gave my sister her full attention. She chose a color from the samples they gave her and the lady went and grabbed it (or so we thought). Nobody offered me a chair to sit in even though there were plenty of open chairs so I had to stand behind my sister while she got her nails done. My regular salon offers a chair to anyone who is with you so I found their lack of accommodation to be rude. Fast forward to the painting of the nails, after the first couple of fingers were done my sister said this doesn't look like the color I chose to which the tech said they were out of the color she chose so the tech grabbed the closest match. Wtf? Why didn't they come tell her that so she could choose a different color or even inform her of the new color BEFORE painting her nails? She ended up staying with that color since it was already on three nails. The technician did a nice job other than the color but she didn't make any conversation and it was awkward at times. I myself will never come here for services, my current salon is a million times better than this place. Like I said, it's a nice salon but if you plan on coming here be prepared to be standing a bit until they are ready for you. Also pay close attention to what color they paint your fingers/toes.
