  • I can see how the menu could be hit or miss, which explains the varying reviews. But sometimes, I think a place should be evaluated on a subset of the items. You might ask "Well, why even offer them?!" You're right, but in practice, I think the subset philosophy works well. Which brings to me to their Machaca. Outstanding. Just outstanding. Machaca mix has t going on. Sometimes the burro is a bit too wet, and sometimes the tortilla is a bit thin and the burro breaks. But even with those, it's still an excellent meal. Machaca yourself!
