  • This is easily the best planet fitness I've been to. Its way more spacious than other ones I've visited and its equipment is more up to date as well. The staff is also really friendly and will remember your face and name. The best thing about it other than the new equipment is really the level of cleanliness. Someone's is always cleaning everytime I'm here. They dont rely on the members to wipe things down for them and the bathroom actually has an air freshener that I think smells really nice. Imagine that, a gym bathroom in which you dont have to hold your breath each time you enter. As an inexpensive gym of course they dont gave sauna, basketball, etc. But the tanning, hydro massage and massage chair area is unlimited and also kept up well. Another pet peeve is no gallon water jugs and they don't allow jump rope. That seems kinda unnecessary for a gym but I suppose their atmosphere is supposed to be non-intimidating and that is *kanye shrug* Also, I wish it was 24hrs on the weekends. Closing are 7pmon Saturday and Sunday and 9pm on Friday can be inconvenient if you work the weekends. Overall, the best planet fitness in the charlotte are in my opinion.
