  • I shop here once a month or every couple of months. Nobody has ever been rude to me, they always ask if I need assistance. Nothing special, but nothing too bad. Buuuuuuuut, I recently went and the hair color I buy is now behind the counter. So I went up to the counter and asked for that color. The girl looked at me like I was stupid. Then another employee walks up behind her and tells her, "Oh yeah, we had to put them behind here because PEOPLE kept stealing them." All while staring at me! Really?! That's not how you treat customers. I will turn around and leave if I ever see him in there again. I gave them 3 stars, because they used to be good. And are slowly going down the drain.
