  • I have the rotating louvered patio cover on three sections in total. Two of the sections open and close with NO problem. I called Sun City Awning to see if they could get the non working section to open and close, they would be out in 10 days. They arrived, checked a couple of things said the connector was bad and they fixed it in less than a half hour, you pay $95.00 for the first hour. Next day it is not working again, I send an email, explaining the problem and wondering if they will charge me again or cover the return visit, with a copy of my previous bill and wait. I waited for nearly two weeks and called them, they came out in two days on their dime, told me the same thing, that the connector was bad and they had it working, even showed me it was working, I asked if they replaced the connector, he says no he doesn't have that connector, I asked if he could get the right connector and replace it, he said he would check, next day it is not working AGAIN called the office, was passed down the line to a voice mail box, let a message explaining the entire process, no return call no nothing after waiting over two weeks. I would have a very hard time recommending using this business for anything. I saw finally contacted about trying to make proper repairs, they are scheduled to be here in a week. Will decide then if the review is edited or deleted.
