  • So unprofessional. Post move, I called to clarify why we received a 45 minute drive fee of $105 (the apparent time it took to drive 7 miles from their shop to our house due to traffic and pushed the move window past the time they promised). I've moved at least 20 times with the military and have never paid for a company to sit in traffic, nor have I paid for travel time if I am only paying for labor (my truck was already at the location). After speaking with an employee and trying to explain, the owner got on and reprimanded me for inaccurate details (apparently I don't know the size of moving trucks or the details of their moving procedures - not sure why I would). Her unprofessional demeanor and lack of willingness to hear out my true question were shocking. I will make sure that I find a moving company in the future that has a professional and courteous business staff. (On a side note, the two men that moved me in were really great to my family and belongings - wish they worked somewhere else).
