  • I've purchased 4 vehicles in Charlotte in 10 years. Sadly, all but one due to traffic accidents and fault of other drivers. ..so lucky me there. I've purchased cars at Park Chevy, City Chevy and Town and Country Ford (2x). My first two vehicles in the area were with the Chevy dealerships listed above and I have left both transactions very bothered/angry/etc. The last two vehicles I have purchased has been with Town and Country have been great experiences. Suat helped me purchase a new vehicle in 2012. He was a fantastic salesman and really did a wonderful job helping me with the right truck, working through financing, helping with the insurance issues from a totaled car and more. I felt very lucky and relieved that a stressful situation could be that smooth. Just a couple weeks ago my truck was totaled in an accident. I called Suat immediately and happy to see he was promoted to management. He absolutely deserves it. His focus on the client is incredible. Worley was there to help as well with this new vehicle. I felt appreciated, was treated to great service, and ended up with the vehicle I wanted and it was all SUPER easy. At the end of the day; I also forgot to grab my garage clicker from my rental (which they returned for me) and Suat had one of his guys (thanks Jordan!!) deliver it to me in Huntersville saving me a long drive. Top notch service, great sales team, and a wonderful experience. Irrespective of brand loyalty (Chevy/Ford); this is one heck of a team to work with. Management truly values your business before the sale and they have kept it up after the sale! Thanks so much guys; I hope you read this!
