  • I have been coming to this dentist since I was a very small child. Dr. David Lovick is my dentist and he is a great dentist. Today, I visited the dentist to have a regular teeth cleaning and my hygienist was so incredibly rude to me. She was abrasive and she actually hurt me during my cleaning. I told her she was hurting me and she threw her instrument down on to my chest. I asked her if everything was OK and she replied "everything is fine" in a very sarcastic and rude tone . She did not apologize and I decided to get up and leave the appointment. I called after I left to complain and the staff seemed like they had no idea how to deal with a complaint such as this. When I am paying hundreds of dollars for a service, I expect a certain amount of respect. I did not receive that respect today and I hope no one else has to go through what I experienced today.
