  • I had a very bad experience with the store manager (Mr.Ali) of this location from my recent visit here. I walked in to purchase a phone ,which I already researched on and was ready to buy...the phone was on sale and I also got a discount coupon on top of it for the purchase. The manager was not willing to help me with the additional discount., it was more about how he handled the situation..even though I explained that all this can be applied when I do the same purchase online..so frustrated I walked out and placed the same order online on the staples website,I received all my discounts and had it picked.up at the same store within a couple of hours... if only the manager had taken the initiative to help me as a customer .,it could have saved my time and all the hassle I had to go through. I would have walked out happy as a staples customer
