After being a member for a couple years I had to cancel my membership for outside reasons. On the day I canceled my membership, I noticed that my bank account was charged $41.73. I contacted my home location; I was told it was an annual fee charge and I would have to talk to the manager to get the money refunded. There was not a manager there so I was told to call back after 9am the next day. I did so and again there was no manager there. I explained my situation and I was assured a call back from a manager who would be able to refund my money. Didn't get a return call. I called yet again the next day. I was able to talk to a manager who told me that I missed the cut-off to cancel my membership by one week and that there was nothing they could do to refund the fee. I contacted PF member services - same response. Poor customer service if you ask me. Be sure to pay close attention to the small print on your contract (which they'll update periodically and just send you an email about).
Positives: some of the staff are very friendly
Negatives: the above situation, WiFi stinks
