  • We went hoping to have a good experience - the place was noisy, there was at least one empty table, and there seemed to be sufficient staff - yet we stood waiting for acknowledgement from the hostess for over 5-10 minutes. After having her come up to the front and still not acknowledge us several times, we decided they clearly didn't want our business and left. How this place received a Best of Phoenix vote is beyond me, given that they seem to have no care at all in acknowledging their customers.
