  • The most unprofessional group I've encountered in a long time. They broke my door installing an opener. It was stuck halfway down. My house was left not secured. When i called for them to fix it they did not get back to me in a timely manner. Once they finally called they wanted to charge me for the door they broke and it was going to be days before they could fix it. The girl on the phone named Salem, claimed to be a manager and was nasty and unprofessional. She gave the phone to a supposed technician that sounded like a weasely high school student that wouldn't give me his name and was snotty and no help. I asked to speak to an owner or manager and they wouldn't put me through.
