  • Was referred to SW Desert Spine and Sport by my spine surgeon. He told me to c, which I did. However, after three days, SW Spine and Sport has never returned my request for an appointment. I tried other extensions just to see, but all you get is voice mail. I finally got a human on the phone, but she was a woman of few words, no expression in her voice, and told me, I would be getting a phone call back in a few days. How can they be physicians if you can't reach them. What if you had a problem???? There are other facilities that offer the same services, and guess what, they all answer the phone. This is the worst service I have ever encountered from a physician's office.
